2023 is waking, basking in the sun, reaching for all four corners of the bed, starfish-esque— extending fingers pointing toes. Limbs arc and muscles sing: "Make something new today!" Just beyond the brush of hands and feet is an invitation (a challenge) to be more flexible playful persistent. Time to loosen, lengthen, and warm. Time to stretch.

What a gorgeous way to reveal your OLW!

Thanks so much, Jessica! I tried writing it as a more traditional blog post, but it wasn’t working. Apparently it really wanted to be a poem.
